1. The company and clients after agreed to do trek in (Himalaya, Ladakh, Zanskar, Spiti) the party has to pay 50% in Advance before arriving India, The second payment of 50% has to be pay as soon as you are in our office in India.
2. Incase, if the clients are not able to continue the trek or the trek cancelled due to any reason. The following conditions should to bear in mind.
- If the trek cancelled at the initial step. We will charge a cancellation price of 25% out of the 50%.
- If the trek cancelled in the way due to any health problem. We will provide a refundable price of 30% out of the 100%.
